Fox Williams Gets 2022 Legal Yearbook Ranking Boost – Law Firm
Fox Williams was ranked across 23 separate practice areas in the latest Legal 500 and Chambers UK ranking guides, an increase from last year.
In Legal 500 UK 2022, the firm maintains its Band 1 ranking in mergers and acquisitions: small transactions up to £50m, partnerships and travel. The firm was also promoted to a group in five practice areas: Financial Services (Litigation), Employment: Employers, Employee Ownership, Commercial Litigation and International Arbitration.
In Chambers UK 2022 he achieved rankings in 13 practice areas, maintaining his highest ranking in partnerships and travel.
In Legal500, at the individual level, three lawyers are listed in the Hall of Fame: Tina Williams (Partnership), Jane Mann (Employment: Employers) and Pollyanna Deane (Insurance: Business and Regulation).
Seven lawyers are listed as prominent figures in the guide: Richie Clark (M&A), Gavin Foggo and Daniel Sutherland (both in partnership), Peter Wright and Sona Ganatra (both Financial Services: Litigation), Ben Giaretta (International Arbitration ), Rhys Griffiths (Travelling).
Three lawyers are listed as Next Generation Partners: Mary Elliott (M&A), Lucy England (Aviation and Travel) and Aron Pope (Partnership).

In Chambers, Fox Williams received 30 individual rankings, with Rhys Griffiths (Travel) and Gavin Foggo (Partnership: Disputed) retaining their Band 1 rankings.
Partners Sona Ganatra (Financial Services: Litigation), Gavin Foggo (Fraud: Civil) and Phillip Hope (Real Estate: mid-market) are newly ranked and Mary Elliott (Corporate/M&A: mid-market) is listed in numbered slices for the first time.
Lucy Coffey (Commercial Contracts), Tom Pennington-Hare (Job: Employer) and Phyllis Acheampong (Travel) are newly ranked as partners to watch.
