Organizations can now leverage DAMsmart’s services on Amazon Web Services Marketplace to preserve their media

Audiovisual digitization service bureau DAMsmart launches film and videotape digitization services on Amazon Web Services Marketplace, the first of its kind.

AWS Marketplace’s curated digital catalog makes it easy for organizations to discover, acquire, authorize, provision, and manage third-party software.

With technology obsolete and media degrading, all forms of media are now at risk of permanent loss over the next few years unless urgent action is taken to convert media to videotape, audio tapes and films to data.

Media organizations struggling with this issue can deploy DAMsmart’s services through their AWS account and leverage DAMsmart’s knowledge of AWS’ media services.

DAMsmart prepares analog media files for specific cloud-based media asset management (MAM) solutions.

“From a single tape or film to the largest streaming library, we are experts at ensuring your legacy content retains its value and remains accessible in the 21st century. Our customers can now access all of DAMsmart’s services through AWS Marketplace, making it even easier and more convenient to digitize and protect your most valuable media assets,” comments DAMsmart CEO Joe Kelly.

DAMsmart, which has offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Auckland and Kuala Lumpur, processes any form of video tape, audio tape or motion picture film and converts these physical assets into high quality digital assets.

Since 2007, the company has processed and digitized over one million audio-visual media records for public and private sector organizations in Australia, the Asia-Pacific region and beyond.

DAMsmart’s core service offerings are now available through AWS Marketplace:

• Upscaling from SD to HD and above
• Restoration of legacy content in any form to maximize monetization opportunities for your collection
• Quality assessment and reports
• Location and delivery services
• Metadata customization capabilities to ensure compatibility with client MAM platform
• Creation of rich media archives to meet all requirements
• Data migration for media-specific collections from legacy and current generation Linear Tape Aperture (LTO) formats to cloud or disk storage

It’s all about webinars.

Marketing budgets are now focused on webinars combined with lead generation.

If you want to promote a webinar, we recommend at least a 3-4 week campaign before your event.

The iTWire campaign will include numerous advertisements on our news site and a major newsletter promotion and promotional and editorial news. Plus a keynote speaker video interview on iTWire TV which will be used in promotional messages on the iTWire homepage.

Now that we are coming out of Lockdown, iTWire will focus on supporting your webinars and campaigns and providing support through partial payments and extended terms, a Webinar Business Booster pack and other support programs. We can also create your advertisements and written content and coordinate your video interview.

We look forward to discussing your campaign goals with you. Please click the button below.

iTWire TV offers unique value to the technology industry by providing a range of video interviews, news, views and reviews, and also offers vendors the opportunity to promote your business and marketing messages.

We work with you to develop the messaging and conduct the product interview or review in a safe and collaborative manner. Unlike other YouTube Tech channels, we create a story around your post and post it to the ITWire homepage, along with a link to your post.

Additionally, your interview post message can be displayed in up to 7 different post views on our site to drive traffic and readers to your video content and downloads. This can be an important lead generation opportunity for your business.

We also provide 3 videos in one recording/session if you need it so that you have a series of videos to promote to your clients. Your sales team can add your emails to the sales materials and footer of their sales and marketing emails.

Discover the latest tech news, viewpoints, interviews, reviews, product promotions and events. Plus funny videos from our readers and customers.
